This webiste was designed in September 2010 as part of a session at the 2010 SCRPA State Conference in Hilton Head, SC. The purpose of this site is to show parks and recreation departments from around the state how they can utilize technolgy to streamline operations, even if they don't have a large budget to spend on technolgy.
